I love what I do and guarantee my nails for 1 week.  In the event you lose a nail or lifting occurs within the first 1 week,  I will repair it free of charge.

This guarantee applies only to clients who use my services and not from another salon.

Before any service is performed I always spray the clients and my hands with an anti-bacterial spray which disinfects and kills any germs.

My working area, including table, floors, files and all implements used are sterilized after each clients visit ensuring you come to a clean and germ free salon. EACH CLIENT HAS THEIR VERY OWN NAIL FILE

• PLEASE NOTE:  If a client comes for a service and they have any type of infection I will not perform the services until the infection clears up.  It is very easy to spread infections on to others so please re-schedule your appointment if you know of any infections you might have.

Bookings can now be made directly from my web-site on the home page.  This services allows you to choose the day and time you want to come in and also sends you a reminder a day prior to your appointment!  How cool is that?!

It is very important you get to your appointment on time as there is a possibility of you cutting into my next client's appointment time.  (you know how us woman hate waiting)!  If you are going to be late, please give me a call.

Please notify me 24 hours prior to your appointment should you need to cancel.  If you are ill please let me know and I will cancel the appointment for you.

If an appointment is not cancelled a charge of $10.00 will be added to your next appointment.

Clients will always ask when they should book in for a re-fill.  This always depends on how quick your nails grow.  You should make an appointment when your nail grows out away from the base of your nail near your cuticle.

I would suggest that you don't delay having the re-fill any longer than that as you run the risk of breaking your nail and doing damage to your natural nail.  In addition to that, re-fills will take longer than normal and a extra fee may apply.
